Interaction is not a mental model

Interaction is much more useful to discuss in terms of ‘what is happening between our noses’.

During a two day session with a group of peers – all ‘people development workers’ (leaders) – a considerable amount of time was spent exchanging about the effect we had on each other then and there.

Not psychologising, rather progressively building on how we perceived one another’s behaviour, what we were willing to change and how that could make a difference # powerful does not exclude vulnerable, on the contrary # avoiding sterile, all too polite discussions # talks that matter.

Life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself
