I worked with Peter in the past as a facilitator and leadership trainer and hired him again for a similar role in 2017. We worked closely together in designing and ad hoc fine-tuning the best possible ‘Team Connect’ for my Europe team. During a number of off-site days, we came up with very useful sessions where the team could experience significant progress. Some of the outputs achieved are a better and more transparent collaboration, giving each other more systematic, sincere feedback in daily work and customizing our interaction style towards each other. Some of the outputs could be immediately implemented into the daily work. Perhaps the biggest contribution Peter helped us with, was that we took the next steps as team in getting ready for a new way of working with a more initiative taking, entrepreneurial mindset. The training group that Jana was part of was able to meet face-to-face during Corona. Respecting the University’s guidelines in terms of safety and wellbeing, we had three great interactive sessions together of 2 full days and 1 half day. I was impressed by the speed with which Jana acquired new info and created useful connections with what she already knew about leadership, team work and interaction skills in general. During the last session I invited her to the flipchart to briefly co-facilitate a practical concept we were both interested in. She took the floor and taught the essence to the group in no time. Nice!

The intensive leadership course by Peter Musschoot that I followed was very insightful and inspirational. Peter passionately covered a wide range of topics, and flexibly adapted the content making sure to cover those topics that were most relevant for us. He brought the theory into action during the training: care-frontation, process- and content-feedback, solution-focused coaching, growth mindset,… giving us the opportunity to experience and train these topics.
