I support the assumption that the coachee is not helped best by digging extensively into the problem in order to find out what could be better. Often, (s)he experiences that too much diagnostic problem talk creates even more problems, while solution talk creates more solutions – paraphrasing Steve de Shazer.
What I do believe in, is that personal coaching tracks are as long and as simple as needed – not simplistic.
Sometimes individual clients are surprised by the fact that even two or three sessions can be very effective for them. It is clear what useful next steps they will take, and when they will take them. Also, I remain stand-by when individual clients would like to have another coaching session.
In short, Mind The Solution fully slows down or speeds up in line with the pace of the client.
Coachees also testify how they benefit enormously from ‘blended coaching’: a personal coaching track integrated with one or more individual training sessions.
Each client has his or her unique way of cooperating. These positions can alter even within the same conversation
‘I’m ready / willing to do someting’
‘I’m not ready / able to take action’
‘I don’t have a problem’

Team members from the same team or several divisions together, gather to constructively disagree, brainstorm, discuss. We make significant progress with concrete next steps and dedicated responsibilities.
When I coach teams we co-create change in a one-to-group situation.
Team members from the same team, business unit or division gather together to learn, to share and build on each other’s resources.
Concrete and pertinent cases are brought under the spotlight to get better team results.
A participative environment is created where team members cannot fail to gain insights and knowledge and next steps for team growth are taken.
