In all my sessions you benefit from a short ‘before’ and ‘after’: you receive a limited number of reading, action, reflection and/or observation assignments. I also make sure that networking amongst the right people takes place (‘host leadership’). This way you’ll get more out of your investment. Meanwhile, I invite you to ‘catch people doing things better’.
